Pan-Seared Lemon Herb Tilapia Fillet with Garlic Butter Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 4 tilapia fillets (or any white fish fillets)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

For the Garlic Butter Sauce:

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
