Chicken Wings

Basic Chicken Wings:

  • 3 lbs chicken wings, tips removed and wings cut into drumettes and flats
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder (for baking option, to ensure crispiness)

For Classic Buffalo Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup hot sauce (such as Frank’s RedHot)
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt to taste

For Honey Garlic Sauce:

  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch (mixed with 2 tablespoons water)

For Spicy Korean Sauce:

  • 1/4 cup gochujang (Korean red pepper paste)
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
